Refund policy

1) Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

3) Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at johnbrilliantpolo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4) Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

6) Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

7) Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated before contacting us regarding a return or refund, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide documentation of the transaction.
